Avix Home, a brand of NordicPathEurope OU, provides digital tools and professional guidance for home organization. By using our website and app, you agree to comply with these terms.

2. Intellectual Property

All content included on this site, such as text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of NordicPathEurope OU and is protected by international copyright laws.

3. Limitations of Liability

NordicPathEurope OU will not be liable for any damages that arise from the use or inability to use the services on our website or app.

4. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Estonia. Any disputes will be settled in the competent courts of Estonia.

5. Statutory guarantee and the 3-year Avix warranty

As a consumer in the European Union you are entitled to the statutory guarantee of conformity against the seller, lasting at least two years from delivery. The 3-year Avix warranty is a voluntary commercial guarantee added on top of the statutory one.

6. Marketplace purchases and right of withdrawal

The app is free and sells nothing. The product is bought on marketplaces such as Amazon, and that purchase is governed by the marketplace's terms, including your 14-day right of withdrawal.
